CERVED detects the ownership of the subject presented in the section "Holders with shares> 25%" through the mere calculation of the shares / shares held by way of ownership / usufruct / fiduciary registration by the resulting shareholders / shareholders having a direct or cumulative share> 25% of the share capital.
In particular, it is not possible to go further in the equity chain when one of the following types of companies is encountered:
- trust Company
- listed company
- foreign company
- company not registered in the Business Register
In any case, any ownership of the company analyzed by the person indicated in the section must be carried out with adequate and in-depth verification procedures.
